FAQs about your stay in Birmingham

What is provided in your accommodation?

Our kitchens are equipped with washing machine, fridge, cooker, stove, kettle, microwave, toaster and pots as standard. WiFi and TV allow you to stay connected, and extras such as iron, iron board, shower gel, shampoo, salt and pepper are also provided. For details of what is included in each accommodation, visit all properties.

Do you charge a security deposit?

Yes. To stay in our accommodation a security deposit of between £150 and £500 has to be authorised. As long as you leave the accommodation in the same standard you found it in, your security deposit will be released the day after you check out.

I haven't received my security deposit back yet?

When we release your security deposit, your card processor is informed, who then inform your bank. With credit cards, this is usually an immediate process. However, with debit cards, this process can take longer. Please be patient. As long as we have released the hold on your deposit, you will receive it back.

Why has my security deposit been charged?

Upon check out, if we find something broken or missing, we will always contact you before hand to inform you about the issue and to advise that there will be a charge to your card. If you feel we have made a mistake, please email us at info@bettercovenantproperties.co.uk.

Why are your prices different on other websites?

Our best prices are always on our website. Though our accommodation is advertised on online travel agencies such as Airbnb, Booking.com and VRBO, these sites charge us to utilise their services which increases the nightly rate. This is why you will always get the best rate by booking directly through our site.

I am a landlord with properties, can you manage my houses?
